PlotPacer
Live build note

Built from a real self-build, not a slide deck.

PlotPacer is currently being used on a live self-build in Co. Westmeath. This page is not a polished customer testimonial; it is an honest note about why the app exists and where it helps day to day.

The problem it was built around

A self-build creates information faster than most people can organise it: task dates, invoices, certs, photos, inspection notes, budget changes, and lender drawdown evidence. Generic project tools can track tasks, but they do not understand the Irish self-build shape.

PlotPacer was built to keep those moving parts tied to the actual work on site, so the next decision is easier to see.

How it is being used

  • Tracking the build sequence and current stage.
  • Keeping evidence and documents close to the relevant task.
  • Logging costs against planned targets as bills arrive.
  • Checking what is still missing before a drawdown conversation.

What this does not claim

PlotPacer does not replace an engineer, certifier, BER assessor, solicitor, or lender. It helps you stay organised enough to have better conversations with them.
