Changelog
Visible ship log — newest first
PlotPacer is built and shipped in small slices. If something you rely on changed and these notes are thin, email [email protected] — we fix friction quickly.
August 2026
- Help now matches the live app: import the 74-task schedule, set your build stage, save a planning estimate, then apply totals. Forgot password is on the Sign In page.
- Plan → Build cost walks through the same Irish hybrid estimate as Cost estimator (planning figure, not a quantity-surveyor takeoff).
- Until you set a current build stage, Overview stays calm — no empty finance cards after import.
- Payments and Drawdowns sit under Money, with Budget. Stage checklists live there; they are not a public anonymous checker.
- Completing a task can start the next one. You can name who you are waiting on, record a chase, drop their reply, or note a promised date. PlotPacer does not message contractors.
- WhatsApp photos and PDFs can take evidence tags (invoice materials / invoice labour, not a generic invoice for both).
- Services: mark water and waste on an imported drawing. The review is a coordination sketch, not a construction pack.
July 2026
- Services Planner is on by default for signed-in users (emergency rollback exists). Exports stay draft / not construction-ready.
- Public CRO construction-company finder on /trades (read-only snapshot). Marketplace claim/contact is not the live product.
May 2026
- Agent activity review filters by channel — web, WhatsApp, or both — with per-channel counts above the list.
- Outdated-facts scanner now records when flags are created, resolved or snoozed, so noisy rules can be spotted and tightened before they nag you.
- Monthly AI token allowance now resets at the start of each calendar month — heavy use no longer means a permanent lock-out.
- Signup welcome email (founder plain-text note when SMTP is configured).
- Public About page and Changelog; regs eval scaffolding for growing corpus Q&A tests.
- Agent output footer aligned with the About-page stance on professional reliance.
